Security Operations Management

- Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols across all company locations.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure effective deployment of security personnel.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure protection of company assets, infrastructure, and personnel.

Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify security threats and vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company security standards.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and government authorities when required.

Incident Management

- Investigate security breaches, thefts, accidents, and other incidents.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
- Lead emergency response activities and crisis management initiatives.





Surveillance & Access Control

- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
- Ensure effective visitor management and access control procedures.
- Review and upgrade security systems as necessary.

Vendor & Contract Management

- Manage security service providers and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Conduct periodic audits of security agencies and security operations.
- Control security-related budgets and expenditures.

Safety & Emergency Preparedness

- Coordinate emergency drills, evacuation procedures, and disaster management plans.
- Work closely with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams to maintain a secure workplace.
- Ensure readiness for fire, medical, and security emergencies.
