- Key Result Areas (KRAs): The primary areas of responsibility for the Inside Sales Manager against which performance will be measured.

- Revenue & Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets while improving quote-to-order conversion.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Ensure effective management of the sales pipeline (NPE PE Quote Order) with complete, accurate, and timely CRM updates.
- Forecasting & Cross-Functional Coordination: Support S&OP; planning through accurate forecasting, stock awareness, and close coordination with field sales and internal teams.
- Team Leadership & Process Compliance: Conduct daily team reviews, monitor CRM health, ensure adherence to pricing, discount, and company processes, and develop team capabilities through regular coaching.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Ensure timely resolution of customer and internal escalations while maintaining high service standards and minimizing management intervention.Role & responsibilities
