Job Title: Design Head

Location: Mumbai Head Office (vidyavihar)

Industry: Construction / Industrial / Warehousing / PEB / Data Centers

Experience: 15 - 20 Years (Minimum 10+ Years may be considered)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil, ME/M.Tech Structural Engineering Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP & Interior design teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, execution, procurement, planning, and estimation teams.
- Review and approve design drawings, ensuring quality, compliance, and constructability.
- Drive design coordination for Warehouse, Factory, PEB, Logistics Park, and Data Center projects.
- Support tendering, value engineering, project planning, and execution.




- Ensure timely delivery of design documents and resolve site-related design issues.

- Team Leadership
- Industrial & Warehouse Project Experience

Preferred Industry:

Construction, Industrial Buildings, PEB, EPC, Warehousing, Logistics Parks, Data Centers.
