Role & responsibilities

Co-ordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure closure of current/replacement positions within defined TAT.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various job portals and sourcing platforms.

Manage the entire recruitment process through Applicant Tracking System

Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and educational institutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes during hiring activities.

Co-ordinate with the HR Operations team for smooth joining and documentation processes.

Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and hiring trackers for management review.

Plan recruitment strategies to reduce hiring costs.
