Designation: MIS Manager (Off-Role)

Location: Mumbai/Hyderabad

Role Summary

The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing business reports, maintaining data accuracy, supporting operational governance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The role requires robust Excel skills, effective communication, and excellent coordination abilities to ensure smooth execution of business processes and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, maintain, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and update business dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule business review meetings, stakeholder calls, and interviews.
- Manage calendars and meeting invites, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain decision/action trackers.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of business data.




- Support ad-hoc reporting and business operations requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate information.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in MIS, business operations, reporting, or coordination roles.
- Experience in managing large datasets and business reporting will be preferred.
