Candidate should be B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 15 to 18 years of experience from a reputed Injectable and OSD manufacturing facility.

The incumbent will be responsible for maintenance, utilities, engineering projects, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering, maintenance, and utility operations for Injectables & OSD plants.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, and other global regulatory standards.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Oversee HVAC, WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam, Boilers, Chillers, Electrical, and Utility systems.
- Lead engineering projects, equipment installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and commissioning.
- Drive cost optimization, energy conservation, automation, and operational excellence.
- Support regulatory audits and lead engineering teams to achieve business objectives.

Experience in USFDA/EU-approved pharmaceutical manufacturing with solid exposure to both Injectables and OSD facilities. Leadership experience in engineering, utilities, and projects is essential.
