About Our Client

Our Client is an early stage start up company that is planning to offer Home Healthcare Services. The company will start its operations in Mumbai with trained, certified nurses and attendants for families caring for elderly, post-surgery, and chronically ill patients. The company plans to expand its operations beyond Mumbai after tasting success at Mumbai. This is a founding operations role.

The Role

This role is responsible for customer acquisition through on-ground channels. The executive will build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, doctors, discharge coordinators, chemists, physiotherapy clinics, and residential societies across Mumbai. Responsibilities include pitching company's services to healthcare professionals, negotiating referral partnerships, running local outreach campaigns, and maintaining a weekly pipeline report on leads and conversions.

Job Requirements

- Build relationships with hospital discharge desks, ward staff, and patient coordinators
- Pitch doctors (orthopedics, oncology, neurology, geriatrics, general physicians) for patient referrals
- Set up referral arrangements with chemists, diagnostic labs, and physiotherapy clinics




- Run ground campaigns: flyers, RWA presentations, senior-citizen society events
- Negotiate and close referral/partnership deals
- Maintain a pipeline tracker and report weekly on leads, conversions, and channel performance
- Gather market intelligence: competitor pricing, family objections, unmet needs

Candidate Profile:

- 2 to 6 years in field sales/BD, ideally as a pharma rep, hospital liaison, medical-device salesperson, or healthcare services BD
- Existing relationships with Mumbai hospitals, doctors, or clinics are a major plus
- Persistent, personable, and comfortable walking into a hospital
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; functional English
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across Mumbai daily
- Experience selling home healthcare, diagnostics, or eldercare services Preferred
- Network among, senior-citizen associations, or community organizations Preferred
