Manubhai & Shahs LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Statutory Audit team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting statutory audits and a strong understanding of accounting standards, auditing principles, and regulatory frameworks.

Designation - Audit Executive

Qualification - B.com, Baf, BMS - finance , M.com , MBA - Finance, CA Drop out, CA- Semi qualified, CA , ACCA with relevant experience in Stat audit.

Experience - 1 + years into statutory audit domain

Location - New Marine Lines, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct statutory audits of companies across various sectors.

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

* Prepare audit working papers, audit reports, and documentation as per internal standards.

* Identify audit issues, risks, and recommend practical solutions.





* Coordinate with clients for audit-related queries and data requirements.

* Assist senior team members in planning and execution of assignments.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience, preferably in statutory audits.

Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Standards on Auditing, and Accounting Standards / IND AS.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and audit tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
