Managing the timely preparation and reporting of statutory accounts, Consolidated financial statements and annual reports of companies in the group in conformance with all regulatory accounting standards ( IND As)
Assist in Audit & Finalization of group Companies including tax audit.
Consolidation of Accounts as per Current Company Act 2013
Quarterly Inter Company billings as per Transfer pricing norms.
Quarterly preparation of Group Company Accounts. Periodic reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, provisions etc.
Knowledge of preparation of Financials as per applicable Accounting Standards (Ind As ) Knowledge of GST. Knowledge of Transfer Pricing.
