Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and improve warehouse and logistics processes.
- Identify issues and reduce process delays.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and productivity.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare process reports and dashboards.

Skills Required:

Supply Chain & Logistics knowledge

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)

Data Analysis and documentation

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Positive communication and stakeholder management

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, etc.) or Supply Chain/Operations.

Experience in warehousing, 3PL, or logistics operations is preferred.
