Role & responsibilities

- To liaison with all banks and financial institutions (for all existing and current proposals)
- To prepare CMA and other proposal related details
- To generate saleable pool as per pool criteria
- To coordinate with legal and treasury operation departments and ensure completion of all loan agreements, security documents and other documents in connection with proposals
- To ensure actual payouts to investors and collection of service charges on a timely manner
- To coordinate with business, collection and finance team for pool analysis, NPA management
- To coordinate with rating agencies during annual surveillance and data sharing
- To prepare daily and monthly securitization MIS/ deck.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required (In Years)

- Minimum 5 - 7 Years Treasury and MIS
- Must have worked in the treasury department of NBFC for more than 5 years with specific experience in Direct Assignment / Securitization
- Should have good market understanding and regulatory knowledge
- Should have dealt with various financial institutions, banks and mutual funds.
- Should be expert in MS Excel, power point presentation

Qualification Required

- CA / MBA finance
