Location : Goregaon East (NESCO)

Role & responsibilities:

1. Learning Management System Administration:

- Assist with maintaining employee training records within the Learning Management System.
- Create, assign and monitor training courses, learning pathways and competency requirements.
- Update learner enrolments, course completions, attendance records and training evidence.
- Assist with LMS structure, course setup and user-related queries.
- Maintain accurate training data and ensure records are updated in a timely manner.
- Coordinate training notifications, reminders and course enrolments.
- Escalate technical or system issues to the appropriate LMS support channel where required.

2. Training Compliance and Governance:

- Monitor mandatory training completion and compliance requirements.
- Maintain compliance registers and supporting documentation across the LMS and SharePoint.
- Support audit preparation, internal file checks and training compliance reviews.
- Track corrective actions and maintain records relating to training and compliance activities.
- Support continuous improvement activities relating to training administration, reporting and compliance.
- Ensure training records are maintained in line with internal business, client and regulatory requirements.

3. Learning Resources and Document Control:

- Maintain and update learning resources within the LMS, including version control.
- Assist with updating learner guides, assessments, training materials, templates and supporting documents.
- Support course setup, qualification updates and training package transition administration.
- Ensure current versions of training resources are uploaded, and superseded versions are archived or managed appropriately.

Reporting and Data Management:

- Generate LMS reports relating to training completion, compliance, participation and outstanding requirements.
- Assist with analysing training compliance data and identifying gaps or overdue training.
- Support the preparation of reports for the Australian L&D; team, Health & Safety stakeholders and business leaders.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality across all training records.
- Identify data errors, duplicates or inconsistencies and support data cleansing activities.
- Provide regular updates on mandatory training completion and compliance status as required.

5. Audit and Compliance Support:

- Assist with training audits, compliance reviews and internal file checks.
- Prepare and maintain evidence of training completion, attendance and assessment records.
- Support validation activities by ensuring required documents and records are accessible and current.
- Track audit actions, record updates and evidence completion.
- Support the Australian L&D; team with information required for internal, external, client or regulatory audits.

6. Stakeholder Support:

- Work closely with the Australian Learning & Development team to support national training administration requirements.
- Liaise with trainers to ensure training records, attendance sheets and course documents are completed and uploaded.




- Provide professional, timely and accurate administrative support to internal stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- Previous experience administering a.
- Solid data entry and database management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience generating reports and working with training compliance data.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong capability across Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to follow processes and maintain governance documentation.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality when handling employee training records.
- A customer-focused approach when supporting employees, managers and trainers10+ years of experience in a shared service, BPO, or consulting environment with at least 4 years in a transition or project management role.
