Your Role

- Lead SAP AMS Engagements Manage end-to-end SAP Application Management Services (AMS) engagements, ensuring smooth Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Client & Delivery Management Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, managing stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies, and service performance.
- Program & Financial Ownership Drive program planning, budgeting, financial reporting, P&L; management, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Agile Delivery Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor resources, ensure delivery excellence, and promote Agile/Scrum best practices.




- Transformation & Continuous Improvement Drive automation, operational excellence, process improvements, quality governance, and SAP transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

- Overall Experience 12-14 Years Needed
- SAP Techno-Functional Expertise Hands-on experience in any SAP module with strong exposure to both ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- SAP AMS & Service Management Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Application Management engagements, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Program & Financial Management Robust experience in program planning, SOW creation, budget management, P&L; ownership, financial reporting, and risk management.
- Leadership & Agile Delivery Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, Scrum delivery, stakeholder management; PMP/ITIL preferred, Scrum Master certification desirable.
- Operational Excellence & Automation Experience driving process improvement, quality governance, automation, transformation programs, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
