Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees across various industries.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor data, and regulatory requirements for salary structures, benefits programs, and incentives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design total rewards packages that align with business objectives and organizational values.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation best practices to clients through workshops, presentations, or one-on-one coaching sessions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in compensation benchmarking, compensation & benefits management or related field.
- Robust understanding of ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) principles and their application in employee benefit plans.
- Proven track record of developing effective compensation strategies that drive business results without breaking the bank.
