Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Prepare employment contracts and current hire documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.

Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Administer leave policies and approvals.
- Track absenteeism and generate attendance reports.
- Coordinate with managers regarding attendance discrepancies.

Employee Relations

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution. .
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

HR Administration

- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.




- Update HR policies and employee handbook as needed.

Exit Process Management

- Manage the complete employee separation process from resignation to final clearance.
- Acknowledge resignations and initiate the exit workflow.
- Coordinate notice period management with employees and reporting managers.
- Track and ensure completion of exit checklists within defined timelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of Human Resources experience.
