Job Summary:-

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Westside Process. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility:-

- HSC or Graduate (any discipline)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior BPO/customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle customer queries through Voice, Email, and Chat
- Provide support for both in-store and e-commerce customers
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on customer requests
- Deliver a positive and qualified customer experience

Salary & Benefits:-

- Up to 33,000 In-hand
- Up to 37,000 CTC

Shift Details:-

- Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Rotational weekly off
