Qualifications and Education Requirements: -
BE in electrical / mechanical engineering with 15-18 years of experience in site execution, project management, cost management and ability to handle all stake holders.

Preferred Skills: -

- Sound with English language skills, both oral and written at a proficient level.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills. Should be able to suggest means of cutting operational cost of the project.
- Able to write mails very diligently as per requirements of accomplishing above mentioned responsibilities.
- Demonstrate his ability to effectively utilize resources and material allocated for each project.
- Use his interpersonal skills to communicate with individuals at all levels internally and externally
- Demonstrate leadership quality to guide and motivate team not only to achieve desired goals or targets but also to propagate companies core values and culture.
- Show computer proficiency in relations to MS Office, Autocad and other technical & software programs as required to accomplish his responsibilities.
- Ability to provide technical support wherever and whenever required in resolving site related problems.
- Values his commitment made to clients and consultant end ensure timely accomplishment of same.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with Client/Consultant/PMC during and after execution of project.
- Should be capable enough of giving companies introduction to clients / PMC.

Job Summary:
The AGM CCS is responsible for end-to-end delivery of large, multi-site commercial and corporate MEP projects, ensuring predictable execution across cost, time,



quality, safety, and client experience.
This role bridges strategy and site execution. The AGM owns regional / city-level P&L; outcomes, builds strong delivery teams, prevents escalations, and ensures CCS projects are executed with consistency, speed, and margin discipline.
The role is critical to scaling CCS towards higher revenue bands while improving revenue per employee, execution maturity, and repeat business.

Business Scope

- Handle 250 Cr annual CCS business across multiple projects
- Manage multiple Project Managers and site teams simultaneously
- Exposure to Commercial Offices, IT Parks, Corporate Campuses, Fit-outs
- Strong interface with Clients, PMCs, Consultants, Vendors, and Internal Support Functions

Key Responsibilities

1 Project & Operations Leadership

- Own execution of assigned CCS fitout & Base-build projects from handover to close-out
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per specifications
- Drive disciplined execution across planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
- Proactively identify execution risks and resolve them before escalation

2 Financial & Commercial Control

- Own project-level profitability and working capital
- Review and control:
- Project budgets and forecasts
- GRPO + labour vs billing
- Cash flow and billing cycles

- Validate and approve:

- Variations, NT items,



design changes, and escalation claims

- Ensure minimum one certified bill per project per month and follow-through till payment

3 Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Planning, Billing, and Site Engineers
- Build a solid pipeline of future PMs and senior engineers
- Conduct structured reviews (QPDR/APDR) with clear development goals
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and zero-surprise execution

4 Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a senior escalation point for Clients, PMCs, and Consultants
- Maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Represent Listenlights in reviews, coordination meetings, and critical discussions
- Ensure timely approvals for:
- Drawings and submittals
- Measurements and bills
- As-built documentation

5 Process, Quality & Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to:
- EHS standards
- Quality benchmarks
- Statutory and contractual requirements

- Drive compliance with CCS execution SOPs and reporting formats
- Conduct periodic project audits on quality, safety, cost, and documentation

6 Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as a coordination bridge between:
- Design
- Planning
- Procurement
- Billing
- Finance
- Ensure material specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines are aligned with site needs
- Resolve inter-departmental dependencies impacting project progress

7 Business Support & Growth Enablement

- Support BD and Estimation teams during:
- Bids from existing clients
- Negotiations and scope clarifications

- Enable repeat business through strong delivery performance and client confidence
- Provide execution inputs for pricing, timelines, and risk assessment
