Job Title: Hostess

Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / F&B; Manager

Job Summary

The Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating guests efficiently, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience through excellent customer service and coordination with the restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests courteously.
- Manage reservations and guest waiting lists.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate table seating with the service team.
- Handle guest inquiries and escalate complaints when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer telephone calls and assist with reservation inquiries.
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and service standards.

Qualifications





- HSC (12th Pass); Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
