Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, faade consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).
- Drive product specification and secure approvals in upcoming construction projects.
- Promote the company's products through technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations.
- Identify and track recent construction projects from the design stage to execution.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert specified projects into business orders.
- Ensure product approvals from government bodies, consultants, and key clients where required.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new project opportunities.
- Prepare specification reports, project pipelines, and regular MIS updates.
- Provide technical support and resolve product-related queries for consultants and customers.
- Achieve specification targets and contribute to overall business growth.
