- Proactively manage customer enquiries with primary focus on sales order conversion
- Coordinating with Production and Stores team for material availability and update all the stakeholders
- Effectively manage the in-bound call process addressing queries, preparation of quotation, seek customer approval, and facilitate the creation of sales orders
- Attend to the walk-in customers and guide thru the sales process
Generate relevant reports on sales metrics
