Role & responsibilities
To develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall professional strategy.
- To manage Payroll Management system
- To manage the recruitment and selection process for all GEA schools.
- To oversee performance appraisal systems
- To manage / implement HRMS system
- To manage employment / recruitment database.
- To ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records
- To manage employee advantages / training and wellness programs
- To make Report and Analyse HR metrics.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR systems (HRIS), Payroll Management, Recruitment, Database management, compliance / labour laws, and awareness about the education industry.
- Experience: Proven experience as a similar senior role.
