We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance activities across our ServiceNow platform. The role will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Lead Developers to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions across ITSM, SPM, CMDB/CSDM, Finance, and Master Data Management applications.

Key Responsibilities

Development

- Configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow platform.
- Build and enhance functionality across:
- ITSM
- CMDB/CSDM
- Finance applications
- Master Data Management applications
- Custom scoped applications
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, catalog items, record producers, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and script includes.
- Participate in platform upgrades and testing activities.

Integration & Automation

- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and IntegrationHub.
- Build automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support CMDB data quality and CSDM implementation initiatives.
- Proper documentation of all developments and enhancements.

Collaboration

- Work with functional teams to understand requirements.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Provide transition to support (T2S) to ServiceNow BAU Operations team with all relevant documentations.

Required Qualifications

- 4–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- ITSM
- Service Catalog
- Flow Designer
- JavaScript
- Client Scripts
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Experience with CMDB and CSDM concepts.
- Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Finance, MDM, HRSD, SPM, or ITOM modules.
- Experience with Service Portal or Employee Center.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
