As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing the technical aspects of the software, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the development lifecycle.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React JS, Spring Boot, Restful API, Microservices.
- Robust understanding of front-end technologies such as React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
