Role & responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Identifying potential customers in the assigned catchment area to sell Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), Retail liabilities etc.
- Relationship Management: Onboarding clients, facilitating smooth transactions, and cross-selling additional banking products to deepen relationships and maximize lifetime customer value.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensuring all customer sourcing, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, and documentation strictly adhere to the bank's internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Market Mapping: Analyzing local market trends and competitor offerings to identify current business opportunities and generate qualified leads
