Role Overview:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations including payroll processing, statutory compliance, reimbursements, and contractor payments.
- Key Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute monthly Salary Slips for all employees accurately and on time Process PF (Provident Fund) and ESI contributions; ensure timely filing and compliance Coordinate with the Company CA and external auditors for financial statements, tax filings, and audits Manage employee reimbursement claims and business expense submissions; verify supporting documents and process payments Handle Other Contractor and Vendor Payments:
- verify invoices, obtain approvals,



and ensure timely disbursements Maintain accounts payable/receivable ledgers with accuracy Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with GST data preparation and TDS workings as required Support month-end and year-end closing activities Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness
- Candidate Profile: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification 2-4 years of experience in accounts/finance roles Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software Sound understanding of Payroll processing, PF/ESI, TDS, and GST basics High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential financial data Good coordination and communication skills for liaising with CA and internal teams
