- Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive with a healthcare background to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a focus on hiring radiologists and radiographers, managing documentation, and supporting payroll-related activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and hire Radiologists, Radiographers, and other clinical/non-clinical staff across job portals, networks, and direct outreach Manage payment coordination for radiologists including fee tracking, payment schedules, and query resolution Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other HR documentation Maintain and process employee Timesheets;
- coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records, HR databases,



and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and fulfillment Manage compliance with HR policies and labour law requirements Support employee engagement and grievance resolution activities
- Candidate Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field; MBA HR preferred Background in healthcare (clinical or administrative) is strongly preferred 2-4 years of HR experience; prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or health-tech hiring is a strong plus Familiarity with medical roles (Radiologist, Radiographer, DMLT, etc.) and clinical staffing processes is an advantage Valuable command over MS Office,
- HRMS tools, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
