Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support for hardware troubleshooting, network issues, and server installation/configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize data center operations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for data center design, maintenance, and management.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in Data Center Engineering or related field.
- Robust knowledge of data center operations, including hardware troubleshooting, networking (LAN/WAN), and server installation/configuration.
- Experience with ITIL processes or similar methodologies for incident management, problem resolution, change control etc.
