Location: Mumbai (office based)

Qualification : B.Pharm /M.Pharm / Pharm.D /BDS / PhD

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Literature review

2. Development of draft manuscript

3. Abstract preparation

4. Preparation of publication-ready Tables and Figures

5. Citation and reference formatting

6. Scientific review

7. Editorial review and quality check

8. Revisions

9. QC & DFC: a. Quality check of grammar, scientific language, relevant references b. Data fact check (DFC) of medical content c. Reference binder creation

10. Publication planning - journal selection : a. Identify 46 suitable target journals aligned to the study scope, therapeutic area, and target audience b. Pre-submission formatting c. Preparation of submission documents d. Coordinate with sponsor for author signature and copyright approvals e. Prepare and optimize figures (resolution, format), tables, supplementary materials

11. Journal submission a. Submission on the journals online portal using corresponding author credentials. b. Upload manuscript, figures, tables, supplementary files, COI forms,



and all required documents. c. Complete metadata submission (authors, affiliations, keywords, funding info). d. Respond to editorial office queries and technical checks. e. weekly status update to the sponsor

12. Peer-review response management a. Conduct detailed review of all reviewer comments. b. Draft Point-by-Point Response to Reviewers (RTR) document. c. Incorporate revisions into the manuscript (with tracked changes). d. Align responses with journal tone and scientific accuracy.

13. Re-submission a. Format and prepare revised manuscript and RTR for resubmission b. Submit via journal portal and respond to follow-up queries.

14. Post-Acceptance Support a. Review of journal proofs/typeset versions b. Submission of proof corrections to publisher.
