As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications developed align with the organizational goals and user expectations. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges that may arise, fostering a collaborative workplace that encourages innovation and efficiency.
