The company is seeking to hire an Regional Manager Solar MMS & PEB (Business Development). Two positions: Locations: Chennai/Bengaluru, and Mumbai, India.

Job Title: REGIONAL MANAGER SOLAR MMS & PEB (Business Development)

Role Summary: Drive order acquisition for Solar Mounting Structures (MMS) and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) by identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with EPC contractors, solar developers, and industrial/infra clients — combining technical product knowledge with commercial negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads for solar MMS and PEB across target accounts (EPCs, developers, industrial clients)
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals: costing, specifications, delivery timelines




• Engage client engineering/procurement teams to understand structural and design requirements
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to closure
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with monthly/quarterly order booking targets
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution
• Track competitor pricing and market intelligence (steel, MMS, PEB segments)
• Represent the company at industry events, tenders, and client meetings

Requirements
• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 4–10 years in solar MMS, PEB, or structural steel sales/business development
• Robust understanding of solar EPC ecosystem and PEB design/fabrication processes
• Proven track record of order closures and revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
• Willingness to travel
