Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

1. Minimum of 5+ years of SAP PS & PPM experience

2. Design and deliver SAP solutions for business process: SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) involving SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM)

3. Configuration of SAP Project Systems (SAP PS), SAP Portfolio and Project Management (SAP PPM) to address and enable the desired business processe requirements

4. Should have experience in addressing custom requirement involving requirement gathering,analysis, FS preperatio, testing

5. Expertise in PPM integration points with PS, HCM, CATS & FICO (Evaluation and Internal Orders).

6. Experienced in PS solution for Capital Projects, Customer Projects, Overhead Projects, Statistical Projects

7. PS experience in solution for project lifecycle involving project structuring, cost planning, Budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, commitment management, project actuals, project status management, project closure

8. Should be able to independently handle PS integration with other SAP Modules i.e. FI, CO, AA, MM, SD, PP, PM, HCM, CATS

9. Having experience in Implementation, roll out, support projects for PS and PPM

10.



Experienced in data migration for both PS and PPM

11. Exposure to Fiori apps, reports, functionalities

12. Worked on projects based on Agile methodology

13. Proactive and excellent communication skills in English, with exposure to customer interactions preferably on implementation project

Positive-to-Have

1. SAP Certification in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) or Project Systems (PS)

desirable

2. Minimum 2 to 3 full life cycle SAP implementations

3. Knowledge of other EPPM modules i.e. CPM, Innovation Management

4. Knowledge / experience in SAP Public cloud for different project solutions

5. Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology

6. Use of Solution Manager/Focus build as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable

7. Experience in leading team
