Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Create documentation and knowledge base articles to assist customers.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
