Role & responsibilities
- Managing system like Oracle, CLM tools; liaison with business teams for data handling and updates.
- Manage vendor and supplier contracts, including service agreements, SLAs, and procurement contracts, to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions in collaboration with Procurement team.
- Have functional understanding of a Contract lifecycle management tool, should know how to design and maintain a CLM system. Review the workflows periodically.
- Accurately & timely process contracts, including review, approval, and execution, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Execute the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands on experience in MS office (Excel & PPT)
- Linguistic proficiency is required
- Preferred if they have working knowledge of ERP tool (Oracle).
