Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain backup procedures and protocols for all systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize backup requirements.
- Conduct regular backups and troubleshoot issues related to backup processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for backup management.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on backup-related topics.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of backup technologies and software such as Symantec Backup Exec or Veritas NetBackup.
- Experience with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
