Job Description for Data Analyst:

Requirement: Candidate will work with Power BI Desktop, using SQL queries as the main data source for HRD reports.

The focus will be to enhance existing dashboards and reports, optimize queries and models, and create new reports when needed.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

- Experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing reports
- Solid knowledge of data models, DAX formulas, and Power BI visuals
- Proficiency in SQL for writing, optimizing, and maintaining queries
- Good understanding of relational databases, joins, views, etc.
- Ability to translate business needs into meaningful data and insights
- Works independently while maintaining clear communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Candidate should possess 5+years experience
- Work independently with limited handholding
- Take ownership of the data and follows through
- Proactively troubleshoots
- Know how to gather and challenge requirements
- Excellent Communication
