Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in corporate training, behavioural training, or soft skills training.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., surveys) to inform program development.
