Role & Responsibilities

1. Work in detail-oriented HR Operations. (This is not a recruitment role.)
2. Learn specialised skills in Employee Background Verification for our client's employees.
3. Verify genuineness of job seekers, including past employment, education, address, criminal.
4. Collaborate with HR Managers and line managers regarding past employment.
5. Coordinate with Clients - including MNC Employers directly.
6.



Learn to do Vendor management, negotiation and payments directly.
7. Learn to handle own technology platform.
8. Learn HR Generalist role and skills with experience and seniority.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Qualification - Graduate

2. Experience - Fresher / 6 months to 1 year/ 2-3 years

3. Location - Mumbai - Vikhroli West, LBS Marg, Godrej & Boyce (only Work from Office)

4. Key Skills- Valuable Communication skills - Fluent English - written and verbal

5. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office

6. Immediate Joiners preferred.

7. Women candidates preferred.

8. Central Line candidates preferred
