- Receive customer orders or customized requests from the showroom, ensuring they align with customer preferences.
- Communicate promptly with relevant vendors to inquire about product availability and delivery, ensuring that the product is delivered by the customers due date.
- Place orders with vendors and obtain follow-up confirmation within 24 hours, verifying product specifications such as stone type, weight, etc.
- If the primary vendor cannot fulfill the order by the due date, coordinate with alternative vendors to secure the required products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely delivery, initiating communication at least 10 days prior to the due date.
- Receive products from vendors and facilitate quality checks by transferring items to the Quality Control (QC) department.
- Take responsibility for communicating QC results to the respective showroom staff, keeping them updated on the product’s status.
