Role & responsibilities
^ Source new business for pre-owned car loans through dealers, DSAs, brokers, and direct customer acquisition.
^ Build and maintain solid relationships with used car dealerships & channel partners.
^ Identify customer financing needs and recommend suitable loan products.
^ Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, and referrals.
^ Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
^ Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth loan processing.
^ Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory, and internal credit policies.
^ Maintain accurate MIS & sales reports.
