Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
- Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and managing stock efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 years of experience in hospitality management or related field (IHM/QSR).
- Strong knowledge of caf/restaurant management principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of hotel operations and food & beverage services.
