Role & responsibilities
- Relevant experience in T+1, accelerated settlement, post-trade transformation, or comparable market structure change initiatives;
- Front-to-back post-trade knowledge across areas such as allocations, confirmations, funding, FX, securities lending, margin, clearing and settlement;
- Sufficient technology fluency to support coordination of systems, interfaces, STP flows and related dependencies
- Ability to provide practical regulatory and market insight, alongside disciplined execution support.
- Proven experience as Change Business Analyst having documented BRD, FRD/FSD, Gap analysis, As-is & To-Be analysis, Requirement prioritization etc
- Proven expertise in Agile project delivery having a transparent understanding of sprint, backlogs, acceptance criteria etc
