Role: IT Project Manager - Infrastructure

Job Location: Airoli , Navi Mumbai

Office Time: 12pm-9pm

Work from office

Contract Duration: 3-4 months

Objective of the role:

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects.
- Manage projects within approved scope, budget, quality, and timelines while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver project outcomes.
- Establish project governance, manage risks, and ensure effective communication.
- Drive continuous improvement through best practices and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage IT projects.
- Monitor progress and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.




- Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and reporting.
- Ensure governance, documentation, change management, and project closure

Required Technical skills and qualifications:

- 5 to 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3-5 years in IT Project Management.
- Experience managing infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, networking, or digital transformation and cloud migration projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Solid leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP
- PRINCE2 Practitioner

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science OR equivalent
