Roles and Responsibilities :
- Process backend operations for insurance claims, policies, and customer requests.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computer software.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries via email or phone.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in a non-voice back office role (insurance industry preferred).
- Solid typing skills with high accuracy rate (minimum 40 wpm).
- Basic knowledge of insurance concepts and processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on night shifts (US shift) from Monday to Friday.
