Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Compliance:

- Direct tax compliance including filing of various returns viz. Tax Audits, Return of Income, SFT etc.
- Support the assessment and appeal proceedings
- Analyse & respond to Notices issued by the Dept





Appeals & Litigation Management:

- Risk analysis of Litigation
- Provide pro-active tax consulting (WHT, Tax benefits etc. and risk management advise to businesses
- Proactively conduct tax risk audit and identify the gaps if any for immediate remediation
- A alysis of legislative changes in direct tax and significant case laws for internal dissemination

The candidates should be keeping abreast of industry trends and tax developments.
