- Responsible for architectural planning & drawing activities.
- Designing & Planning on AutoCAD and other tools.
- Experience in Commercial Buildings, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial proejcts.
- Working exposure of AutoCAD & Revit.
- Coordination with External Architects, Structural Consultants, Services & others.
- Development of overall Master Plan including area calculations, zoning.
- Landscape design, traffic circulation, phasing layout etc.
- To develop conceptual scheme on proposed site.
- Executes Design strategy in design of retail stores.
- Ability to generate creative work, while managing budgets and rapid-paced timelines.
- Produce design documents, presentations drawings and design details.
- Manage schedules and monitor deadlines.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Job Requirement
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Project and/or program management experience.
- Expertise in Autocad
- Quick hand sketch ability a plus.
- Strong communication and design presentation skills.
- Strong design aesthetic.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through drawings/sketches.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to drive results.
