Experience - 8 Years

Working time and days 9.30 am to 6.30 pm /6 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Job Profile – Sr. Planning Engineer.
- Roles and responsibilities:-
- Prepare Master schedule and micro schedule of the project in MSP.
- Prepare Manpower Histograms (Actual, Required, Forecasted Arrival & Newly Arrived).
- Submit DPR, WPR & MPR reflecting progress summary.
- Providing the layouts of the plan, drawings and monitoring the same
- Checking if work is being executed as per planned schedule.
- Delay Analysis of activities Notify client regarding delays.
- Attaining client meeting and creating minutes of meeting (MOM)
- To keep track of construction materials/manpower inventory and other required resources assigned on site.
- Maintain and record update of site work progress.
- Recording the executed work i.e., reports after execution and daily progress report.
- Quantity Survey.
- Rate Analysis of Over and Above extra items.
- On site Monthly Expenses sheet Maintain for the budgeting calculation.




- Reviewing the overall project status with the project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary
- Maintain all Drawings Received And Issue Records.
- Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare presentations and participate in discussions with client.
- Overseeing actual project progress versus the planned work milestones.
- Supervising the planning requirements for the project delivery.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare presentations and participate in discussions with client.
- Study the building drawings and present the problem to the client and then solve it
- Establishing and maintaining schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
- Prepare Reconciliation statement of concrete and reinforcement couplers.
