Role Objective: Analyze Interior designs with significant value engineering, and ensure that high quality design deliverables are delivered to the execution team in a timely manner, enabling the completion of projects as per the projected time and cost.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the project from Concept development, Designing, Presentations & Overlooking Site Execution.
- Coordinate with Consultants, Site & Clients.
- Manage Material Selection Preparing project brief and area statement for a project.
- Identify consulting Architects for a project and providing relevant scope of work.
- Help in Preparation of BOQ.
- Scrutinize all drawings before being sent on site
- Make regular site visits and resolving any design related issues at site. •Keep track of project schedule and possession dates.




- Prepare of layout drawings and details.
- Co-ordinate with marketing and sales department to provide all necessary information like sale plans, allotments, etc.
- Co-ordinate with clients & contractors to carry out work in accordance to design intent.
- Keep all construction drawings and documents in orderly manner. •Should be able to understand MEP / HVAC Designs
