Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage material inward and outward activities at our project store/site store. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper stock records, checking material availability, updating daily stock reports, and informing the management/project team in advance regarding any material shortage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle material inward and outward entries on a daily basis.
- Receive, check, and verify materials received from suppliers, vendors, and company stores.
- Issue materials to site teams as per requirement and maintain proper records.
- Conduct daily stock checking and maintain updated stock registers.
- Prepare and share daily stock updates with the management/project team.
- Inform the concerned team immediately in case of material shortage or low stock.
- Maintain proper records of material consumption, balance stock, and pending requirements.
- Ensure materials are properly stored, arranged, and protected from damage or theft.
- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase team, transport team, and vendors for material movement.




- Maintain documents such as delivery challans, material issue slips, GRN, inward/outward register, and stock statements.
- Support physical stock verification as and when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in store keeping, inventory management, or site store handling preferred.
- Knowledge of material inward/outward process and stock record maintenance.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, is preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate daily reports.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Valuable coordination skills with site teams and office staff.
- Ability to manage material movement and stock independently.

Qualification:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be disciplined, reliable, and capable of maintaining proper stock records. The person should ensure that all materials coming in and going out are properly checked, recorded, and updated daily.
