Talent Acquisition Executive Bulk Hiring

Experience:

- 24 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on bulk/volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across roles such as BPO, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Sales, and Operations.
- Source candidates through multiple hiring platforms including Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality-of-hire and turnaround time (TAT).
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring.
- Experience hiring for BPO, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Sales,



or similar frontline roles.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing channels such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, Shine, and social media hiring.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under aggressive hiring timelines and meet recruitment KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Working Days:

- 6 Days Working (Work from Office)
