Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP, advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint presentation preparation, and management reporting. The role requires accuracy, business understanding, and the ability to generate actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Analyze business data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- Work extensively on SAP for data extraction, validation, and reporting activities.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and automated reports using advanced Excel functions.
- Prepare management presentations and business review decks in PowerPoint.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reporting requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and highlight variances, trends, and business performance indicators.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong working knowledge of SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query preferred).
- Good command over PowerPoint and presentation preparation.
- Expertise in MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
